Buffalo Tofu & Celery Sticks

Ingredients

  • 10 oz firm tofu

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce

  • 8 celery stalks

  • 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing

Instructions

Press tofu between paper towels to remove extra moisture. Slice length wise into smaller pieces. Add tofu sticks to a container and pour buffalo sauce and tamari sauce over. Make sure all of the tofu is covered with sauce. Cover and let sit in fridge for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a large pan under medium heat and carefully add tofu sticks. Cook for 10 minutes total, flipping every few minutes. Set on a plate, add celery sticks and dip in ranch.
