Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups kelp noodles, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin

  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 1 cup packed kale

  • ½ tbsp soy sauce

  • Pinch of lemon pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Toby’s Lite Jalapeno Tofu

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat oil under medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Add kale and noodles. Cook for another minute or so before adding soy sauce.

  2. Plate and garnish with Toby’s Tofu, fresh basil, lemon pepper and more soy sauce if needed.

  3. Enjoy
