Avo & Spirulina Ice Cream
Ingredients
4 cups frozen bananas
1/2 ripe avocado
1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
1/4 cup silk almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chopped mint
2 tbsp vegan carob chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients but carob chips to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down sides if needed. Transfer to a freeze safe container and cover. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until hard. Let thaw for a few minutes, then scoop and top with carob chips.
