Avo & Spirulina Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen bananas

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 1/2 tsp spirulina powder

  • 1/4 cup silk almond milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chopped mint

  • 2 tbsp vegan carob chips

Instructions

Add all ingredients but carob chips to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Stop to scrape down sides if needed. Transfer to a freeze safe container and cover. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until hard. Let thaw for a few minutes, then scoop and top with carob chips.
