Butternut Squash Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butternut squash noodles, store-bought

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/3 cup Toby's Lite Jalapeno Tofu Spread

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 3 leaves fresh basil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté noodles for 5 minutes.

Instructions 

Add noodles to a bowl and top with Toby's Tofu, avocado, basil, pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
