Butternut Squash Noodles
Ingredients
2 cups butternut squash noodles, store-bought
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup Toby's Lite Jalapeno Tofu Spread
1/2 avocado
3 leaves fresh basil
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté noodles for 5 minutes.
Instructions
Add noodles to a bowl and top with Toby's Tofu, avocado, basil, pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
