Chia Seed Pudding
ingredients
1,5 cups almond milk
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup chia seeds
choice of berries
1/2 vegan protein bar
instructions
Whisk chia, juice and milk together in a container or large bowl, cover and set in fridge overnight.
Add your favorite toppings in the morning. I added raspberries, pomegranate seeds, goji berries, hazelnuts, coconut sugar and square organics vegan protein bar.
