Plant Based Favorites is a collection of 50 delicious, all vegan, cooked & raw food breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert recipes. There is something for everyone in this book; whether you are a dessert lover, mac n' cheese enthusiast, smoothie fan or all of the above! Examples of dishes created for Plant Based Favorites are Chocolate Hazelnut Smoothie, Stuffed Avocados, Simple Tofu Scramble, Chickpea & Butternut Squash Stew. The recipes are easy to follow and no special tools required, although a highspeed blender and/ or food processor are both suggested as they are both frequently used in my recipes.
