Cauliflower Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked quinoa pasta

  • 1 1/3 cup steamed cauliflower

  • 1/3 cup plant milk, I used unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 cup vegetable broth

  • 1,5 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside. Steam cauliflower. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste sauce and add more salt and pepper if needed. Add sauce to a pan and heat until warm. Mix with pasta and serve.
