Cauliflower Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups uncooked quinoa pasta
1 1/3 cup steamed cauliflower
1/3 cup plant milk, I used unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup vegetable broth
1,5 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside. Steam cauliflower. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste sauce and add more salt and pepper if needed. Add sauce to a pan and heat until warm. Mix with pasta and serve.
